Our Humble Beginnings
In 1989, The Pizza Den & Video Movie Store opened its doors in Stonewall. The store rented VHS movies and offered pizza for take-out. The reputation of the pizza pushed the original owner to create a full service restaurant that became one of the go-to places in town for lunch or dinner. The original owners were so impressed with the quality of the pizza that they bought The Pizza Den in 2010 and continue to grow the business, adding a lounge in 2014. The family takes pride in connecting and contributing to the vibrant Stonewall community. Many generations of local residents and students over the last 25 years have worked in The Pizza Den family, some saving for a 1st car or for a school tuition.
Our Pizza
Our hand-made, home-style dough is made fresh daily, our pizza sauce is a special recipe of spices and herbs; our cheese is a tasty in-house mozzarella blend with a unique creamy flavour. The result is a full Italian style texture and taste experience will leave you wanting more.
The Restaurant
This cosy eatery is home to thousands of diners every year who not only enjoy our gourmet pizza, but also select from a variety of taste-tempting options.
The Lounge
The Lounge offers an alternative social and meeting space with a full menu, big screen T.V.’s and special events and promotions initiated by the local community in Stonewall.
Reservations and Gift Certificates
We recommend reservations for groups 8 or more. The Den Lounge is the perfect venue for private parties, special events, and fundraising. For information please contact the Pizza Den at 204- 467- 2236 and share your details for your special event. We do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we do not allow minors in the lounge, unless fully booked by a private party.
